I haven't the faintest idea as to manufacturer, but the framework on the front of the cub remind me of a model 30 or 31 Ih loader for H and M.

Yup, that looks so much like my Henderson. There are a few minor differences that I can see right off, but they are minor. Also I can see some of the stuff that I am missing...
oz: Is there any chance we can get even better pics of this loader? Even via email would be great. Looks like finally I might be able to get the info I need to rebuild mine.

The hydraulic reservoir is different than mine. The one I have is cylindrical. There are some differences, but it sure looks like similar to the one I have. More similarities than differences.
