I everyone, I'm half way done building my snow plow
it's coming along petty good .Can anyone tell me how much angle
the blade should have?

I think the Cub-54A can be angled 15 and 30 degrees both left and right. That should be more than suitable.

Pics when you are done, maybe a description of how you built it an all would be nice if possible and would be a great addition to the server.
