Front pulley?

Postby Charles (49) Mo » Thu Feb 10, 2005 4:04 pm

Looking for the size and TPI of the tapped hole on the front of the crankshaft. Am going to use a 10 ton hydraulic jack to pull the front pulley with hopefully a grade 8 bolt in the crankshaft. Anyone have the length of the bolt needed to remove it from the crankshaft?
TIA

I believe I used a 4" to get things started than went to a 5" to pull it the rest of the way off.
Always try the easiest thing first.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.
