Chain Flail Mower?

Postby 9mules » Fri Mar 18, 2005 7:38 pm

I've a chance to buy a Flail Mower using chains instead of blades?
I'm a newbie Cub owner and I've a chance to buy one.
What does the board know about them?
I can't I.D. the mower cause there's no tags on it.
Any info would be appreciated.
Thank you,

Every flail mower I have used or seen had chains with cutting knives attached to the ends of the chains.

I think the cahins were an option for the Mott, but pretty rare. Many of the other manufactures used chains as standard. Does it have blades on the ends of the cahins, or just chains only.
If you are not part of the solution,
you are part of the problem!!!
