I have given up, everything goes.

Postby Mike Schmudlach » Fri Apr 01, 2005 11:31 pm

After a long day on the road thinking and chasing after a truck I have decided to give it all up.
After talking with Susie about recent events.......broken ankle... hosting the Winter Convention....being without an income for 3 months we decided all of the IH stuff is going. We can find a better use for our limited income. Some of it I am going to sell and the rest can just be hauled away. We just have too much stuff and we can not even mow around it...I am tired of all of the stuff laying around. I have better things to do with time then hunt old iron and be on these lists.
I wish you all the best.

Mike, I can understand getting discouraged, but hate to see you fold up the IH stuff. we'll miss your wisdom.

Sounds Good

John:

I've got the F250 running great, 18 foot tandum axle trailer with wench. If we take your truck and trailer and I take mine, I figure we can haul off all of the tractors in one trip. We can put about 1500 lbs of attachments and parts in the bed of my pickup. If you think we need more hauling capacity I can have my son drive my one ton dump truck. We should be able to get everyting in one trip.

What do you think? Shortly after midnight would be a good time to start the collection process.

I've printed out a copy of Mike's post. That should be all the documentation we need.

Mike. Thanking you in advance

Eugene

I heard that Mike was going to start collecting Molines cause he likes that Velveeta color. It reminds him of what real cheese is like. He's a Kraft-y fellow! :D

Given up

Postby S.H.A.F.T. » Sat Apr 02, 2005 9:07 am

That's pretty good. I still have not found that mounted, two-row corn picker for my Cub from last April 1st.

Still looking.

Eugene,
You will need a lot bigger trailer than 18', I hauled a 36' trailer to Cubarama. :-) Mike

Organization

Mike:

John has a 16 or 18 footer. I was planning on using both trailers. If you don't think the two trailers will hold everything, I'm pretty sure Buzzard Wing will dig out his trailer. Maybe a couple others will be more than happy to help haul off any unwanted Cubs or Cub parts.

We are mowing grass in Missouri. Kinda fun the first time or two.

John, you know I will help, but I think this is a false alarm. You and I know Mike better than that.
