High Priced Cub

Postby Kodiak » Sat Apr 02, 2005 9:26 pm

I know that the price of good Cubs has went up a bit, but this ad in the Farmers & Consumers Market Bulletin which is published by the Georgia Dept. of Agriculture just blew me away.

'49 Farmall Cub, runs well, good condition, 5' belly mower, $11,800 cash, firm. Ben Smith Gainesville 770-534-5960
I bought an old tractor all dusty and worn,
knew nothing about her just the year she was born
I washed her and greased her and painted her red
Now she lives happily right here in my shed.

That might be a typo...$1180.00 might be a better price.

Probably $1800.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.
