I can't find my manual, and I forget which post to touch with which post with the wire to repolarize my generator-regulator. Does someone have a better memory than I do?

Jump the batt and gen terminals on the regulator, that will do it.

I recently had to look this up in the archives, and found a response from Bigdog......."First, make sure the battery is installed with the positive terminal grounded, then, with the tractor not running, momentarily touch a jumper wire from the battery terminal to the generator terminal on the voltage regulator. You should see a spark when you do this. Now start the tractor and see if it's charging."

Being long winded has been a big help to a lot of us.
