Lowes TopChoice (TM) treated lumber is about 3/8 longer than nominal length thus permitting a yield of 3 pieces 48" or 4 pieces 36" from a 12' length. 36" looks terribly narrow and really limits the cargo area. Probably 48" will be the length for mine. Convince me otherwise?
