Re: George Willer AuctionDid anyone see George's Prewitt reverser/reducer and did it sell separately or on a Cub?

Re: George Willer AuctionThe Prewitt reverser/reducer was on Scruffy that went to Roger and Anne Gillen. I was happy to get it and the Grandkids enjoy driving the tractor around the yard. I plan to keep it as is.

Re: George Willer Auction
As would I, Roger. Great buy on it. I don't want or need any more tractors around here and I didn't take a trailer to lessen the chance I would buy one, but I almost broke my arm trying to keep it in my pocket. '61 Lo-Boy

Re: George Willer AuctionMy wife told me when I left home for George's auction, do not buy any tractors.
She thinks we have too many, and she is right, but I could not resist on Scruffy. Roger Roger Gillen
Re: George Willer Auction
I don't know why, but I always liked Scruffy. Maybe it was because George was always using him (or was it a her?) to display some 'bling' or another and Scruffy seemed to be the tractor that always was "up to the task" when George wanted one. I am glad that you seem to want to keep him/her just as he/she is... Congrats... Mike in Gibsonia, PA
Re: George Willer Auction
i second that.
Re: George Willer AuctionI see that the shop equipment and tools are posted. I wish thet I lived closer as that Atlas milling machine is something I have been looking for.
Sad to see these types of auctions though. One person spends his life amassing these items only to have them sold in a matter of hours.
Re: George Willer AuctionThe first item from the auction I've seen advertised for resale.

The first of many I'm sure. I don't believe in taking the bull by the horns. I took a goat by the horns once and that was enough excitement for me.
