Deluxe Seat Bracket Extra Holes ?

What are the three middle extra holes for (the three that don't fasten the bracket to the seat or axle)? The other bracket has the lower hole also (and the hole for attaching the tool box) Photo from TM Tractor.

one is for the flasher bracket, one for the wire bracket and I think the ground hooks to one But will look in the day time LOL

Just went and looked , gona have to back up on what I said Flasher bracket in the top hole, nothing in the other 2 may have been for a SMS or something, I will do some research, I have 4 originals and all were the same
