back end shaking

Postby 1farmall95cub0 » Sun Nov 11, 2012 8:11 pm

well me and my best friend got the clutch fingers adjusted last night, and went out for a test drive today and it shifted fine, better than it has in years, but i began to notice that when i would put it in third gear, while taking off, the back end would begin to shake pretty noticably, and it hasnt ever done this before, it stops after you get moving, but it worries me, does anyone know what it could be? thanks

Could be loose rims or wheel discs. Mine does that too, but it is not the rims or discs. I'm sure I have some bearings that are worn out or something of that nature.

If this is something new you might want to recheck your PP adjustment bolts to make sure nothings back off. they don't give near enough bolt threads for that little nut on each finger. Something shaking in that area can be felt all the way back the drive line.
