I didn't realize that was a factory paint scheme.....always thought that was an owner creation when I saw one.

I hate to note someone's serial number, but this appears to be the last 'Farmall' Cub. 12V SN 22470X. I asked the fellow that was a mechanic at the family dealership and he wasn't sure if it was original.

As Jim said, there's not much you can tell from B&W photos. Matter of fact, the one from the 1960s shown above is more likely a yellow/white tractor than red, just because it is on the IH Industrial Tractor brochure. IH went to Federal Yellow for their smaller equipment after much request from municipalities to provide industrial equipment in highway "safety" yellow.

I am 80% sure that if it has a white hood and red bottom it is a 12 volt Farmall cub. It may be that most were white hoods and red bottoms the 12 volts farmall cubs that is bob in CT wrote:I hope folks realize I was joking. I think Peter Person owned one for a short while. Perhaps even the one in BW's post. Always liked that color scheme.
I knew Bob, Peter's had a funky seat on it if I recall correctly
