I GOT THIS SET OF LIGHTS FOR MY 48 CUB. I KNOW THEY ARE NOT THE TEAR DROP
Both have two wires, and both are red .I am thinking one is ground the other hot.
Any advice on how to hook these lights up. Thanks Johnny J

Re: FRONT LIGHTS ?Don't recognize those lights, but could it also be a "dim" and "bright" situation, with ground by contact to the light post? You could use an ohmmeter to check for continuity or not between the two red wires, assuming bulbs are good. Or remove a bulb and check for two filaments....

Re: FRONT LIGHTS ?I'm pretty sure you just need to supply power to one wire and ground the other, doesn't matter which. It looks to be the sealed beam light, which has two wire terminals on the back.
Re: FRONT LIGHTS ?Yeah, what Gary said. That looks like the standard '58 and up 6-volt lamp. Inside is a sealed beam unit with 2 connectors. It doesn't matter which is hot and which is grounded.
