Plowed some snow today

I use the center blade most of the time. The front blade to pile the snow up high. When making multiple passes with the blades at angle I set the front blade 3 to 5" off the ground, and the center blade (which is a 6' blade) down fully, or (up an inch or so when on gravel). This helps with moving the snow to the side.

Here are a couple video clips my wife took today of me clearing the snow

Dan:

I have always been impressed with what you have done with your Cub :D Looks like you had some fun judging by the smile on your face. Keep enjoying the snow.

We just got hit with a Nor'easter. Well over 16" down already and still not done. Will be late tonight before we even get plowed out. Yahhhh - seat time :D

Dan, Tell your wife she did a good job with the videos. Personally, I don't think I could keep track of all those hydraulic levers. :D

Great Video, I had fun watching. Your controls look like a B-17 cockpit .

I really like all the hydraulics, and you obviously know which ones work witch gizmo because you operated it flawlessly. I also like how much extra lift you get with that separate cylininder operating the lift!

Jack, Those were originally made by Kub Kraft, which is no longer in business. I'm not aware that anyone is making them now.

Dan:

I watched part 2 again, and I am really intrigued by the mid-mount blade. Where did you source that 60" blade and can you post detailed pics of the assembly and mounting for the midmount :?: I really like how you can bust down the snowbank and clean all in one pass - even wet snow like that. Really cool. 8) :!:
