I'd like to have the truck, but I much prefer modern travel.

Notice that none of them appear to have mufflers on them. Looks as though the drawbars are in a shipping position also.

Rudi wrote:Hmmm, main deck gots a Mom's Attic for a pair of Cubs and seems to have a Papa's deck as well at the rear - two more. Along with the 4 in the tummy .. looks like 8 on the main deck to me. 8 on the top deck.
So the two in front and the two on rear of the bottom deck would be loaded at an angle of 45 degrees or more? I hope they check the fluids on those before delivery.

Great picture, no power steering in the trucks in those days, nor comfy heaters either. Looks like a horse racing track in the background.
My 48cub might have been on that lorry for export.
Donegal Cub.

Those are horse farms in Kentucky but yea for racing. I doubt your tractor was on that "lorry" maybe this one?

I would be willing to bet based on some other pics I have seen that some LONG, WIDE boards were involved...

Pretty much like the cars I would imagine.
