I have a question about my 23-A. When I throw the gangs at an angle, the center hubs between the right and left gangs rub together while disking.
Is this how it was designed?

Re: 23-A questionMine does that, too. Probably designed that way, or we own a pair of defective ones. Ed

Re: 23-A questionWhen I was a kid, I'd sit for hours on the fender of the Cockshutt watching the disk hubs rub together for miles and miles. Couldn't tell you who manufactured the set but always figured it was caused by years of dirt and dust wearing on parts with no lubrication.
