I think the same thing happened when IH went to alternators.

I do not know if mine will start at -20F or not, and I have no intention of finding out. If it gets that cold i ain't going to drive a tractor.Gary Orr wrote:All of mine are 6 volt & start in -20F I see no reason to convert.
