Interesting. I see that it works.

Question. Do you screen the ash/cinders going into the drum? Do large pieces get caught up in the fingers (?) :?: Is that the noise I am hearing?

That's pretty neat Dave. Was wondering the same as Rudi, was that klinkers in the ashes. Neat set up.

No, Rudi, I don't screen them...The rice coal ashes are typically 3/8" - 1/2" in size...
and there are very few clinkers with them being that small...
anything that does stick together falls apart easily...
The sound you are hearing is just the ashes on the plastic slinger.

Been putting ashes [spreading them] uner my oak trees,,,trying to get the grass to grow again..less acidic soil should help... Kevin......ps ,,ground has not froze here again this year..or last..Can't put the tractors in the yard...errrr!!! Kevin
