This was one for the record books for sure.
A bit much for the Cub going into virgin snow so I did clean up once the Ariens went through. We had 22 inches showing on the yard stick however I have a feeling we were closer to 26 or 27 in most places. Lots of drifting so it's hard to get a good reading.
Emily took the photos.
At about 8:00pm last night we still only had approx. 3" on the ground. By 10:00pm we had a foot. The boys were out trying to get a jump on things but finally gave up.
Besides our own driveway, Aron and I cleaned up 4 other driveways together and he did another 2 or 3 with a few more to do tomorrow. Erik was off driving a skid steer clearing up an apartment complex for his boss.
Still need to get the Silverado dug out.
...and the front porch, wood pile, deck, and tool shed.
Time to curl up in front of the wood stove with a cup of tea.
