I went out tonight and swapped back in the old needle and seat.Also checked the float. I thought I had it licked until I ran it for a few minutes. I still have some seepage and I think it is coming from the throttle plate Rod/lever. I am going to go ahead and order the kit from Steiner and get that IH gasket
