Farmall Cub

I'm working on my '64 and need to replace the battery. I just picked up a Group 26 because the battery in my '66 just showed 26 on it. I've seen some references in the forum to the 26R and wondered if it really makes a difference on how the posts are oriented on the 26 vs 26R when mounting in the Cub.

I'm thinking my question couldn't be answered any more succinctly, Boss. :lol:

How 'bout is one or the other more "correct."

I have one of Norm Quay's battery boxes on order as the original is long gone and I haven't run the new IH cable yet to test the theory that length matters. :wink:

My '66 is at the farm so I don't have that to compare either.
