Those are beet seed plates. They require filler plates and usually some other specific parts to go with them. I suggest you go to the (NEW) manuals section and look in the implement owners manuals for the 184 planter. Read the section on beet seeds.

many of those special parts are still available, but the filler ring will be a bear to find. All of the beet parts seem to be scarce.
