Farm all cub cultivators

Postby allis man » Thu Feb 21, 2013 9:48 pm

I have a near complete set of cultivators, however I don't think I have the bracket to mount the mid section to the tractor, nor the lift assembly for the rear set. Anybody have any advice?

Place an ad here on the forum. Boss Hog or Dale Shaw comes to mind as a couple of guys who may have what you need. I'm sure there are others on here too who may have the parts. Post pics of what you have to better give us an idea of what you need

Re: Farmall Cub Cultivators

Not sure what cultivator you may have, however here are the most common.

Cub-144 Cultivator 11-30-50
Cub-144 Cultivator 5-12-65
Cub-252 Cultivator 1-15-48

Check the above manuals for all the parts required, check against what you have, then post a want in the Wanted Cub Items forum.

Ok thanks for the info... The manual was a big help. I'm new to farmalls, but if anyone has an Allis question I'd be glad to help. What's thd easiest way to determine what model cultivator I have?

Attach a picture to this thread and we can guess. 95% chance it is a 144.

That's the 144 cultivators. It appears to be complete to me on the belly mount half(other than shanks). I don't see any rear cultivator parts.

The rear ones are laying to the side. I need the pieces that come from the lift arm in the rear down to the rear cultivators, as well as 4 shanks. I'm planning on cleaning them up and using them. We grow a lot of produce for resale, and I thought the tractor would be handy for cultivating. I have an Allis G now. My wife can run the cub. Do the 144s do a nice job?
