Source for solid cultivator shanks

I am looking for solid cultivator shanks for the cub. Something like illustration 8A here

I'd like to get some beet knives but all sources I've seen mount like these

Standard spring shanks are at shovel angle.

Also, does anybody sell half sweeps? I'm about to just get some full sweeps from TSC and chop off half.

Guess I should have checked to see how far they adjusted first. They go all the way to vertical?

I guess these are actually standards. Just figured out the real difference between shanks and standards. Is there a good source for standards around?

what is the difference actually. my understanding is that the standard is the part that bolts to the cuff/clamp (the actual shaft), and the shank is the complete "foot" assembly.

Used ones are around, good ones will cost you $40 and up here. not so good $15 or so. some call them shanks, some call them standards and some call them feet.

The standard "3" or "4" in the manuals could easily be made by you or a neighbor by welding a piece of 1-1/4 round to a flat bar with holes in it. I'd think that buying the IH Cub part, or buying a whole spring-trip standard, would be too expensive just for that piece. I remember seeing on some supplier's website that they did sell half sweeps, but they just made them themselves by cutting of one wing of a full sweep.

It seems like the flexible c-shaped flat spring-steel things are often called shanks, and the solid ones standards (like spring-trip standards) but I don't think there's an official name really. For the business ends, it's my understanding that sweeps are the triangle-pointed ones (or whatever other shape) and shovels are the narrow pointed ones. Seems a bit backwards to me, but hey.
