Is it just wheels and tires that are different on those, or do they have a different fron t axle hight also?

Basically the front and rear tires and rims,front axle and steering tie rods, wheel extenders on the rear. It came as a kit. High Clearance Attachment (335 062 R91)

I know the title says "High Wide" but it doesn't look wide to me just high. Maybe it is and I don't know any better.
My real question though is to ask if you can have;
1. high without wide
2. wide without high
It seems to me like they get lumped together but may not always be both.

After we settle that I'll ask why I've never seen anybody put the "high" wheels on a loboy. (Yes, I know it would be pointless but it wouldn't be the first time something pointless was on the forum! :lol: )
