ZENITH Carb Float level adjustment procedures

Would an "expert" please refresh my memory on how to adjust the float level on my zenith carb without a float adjusting template, or how to make a template quickly? I have looked at previous post and cannot find a post that fits.

Here's a picture from the GSS-1411 fuel section that should answer your question"Image
Float drop is 3/16" (.19") just as on the IH carb.
