Fresh paint always looks good!

Now to the woodshed....
I'm far from the safety police but something in pictures 3 & 4 just makes me cringe. Upper left of #3 you have a part hanging and upper right of #4 you have parts and calking guns hanging from the house electrical wiring. This is a very bad practice and a habit that should be broken immediately. Hanging anything from the electrical wires can stretch them making them smaller and reduce the current they can carry, something heavy or repeated hanging can even break the wires, both of which can lead to fires. While your items are not that heavy and may never cause a problem it's best to never hang anything from electrical wiring. Drive a couple nails in the floor joists and hang stuff from them.

Did I mention the fresh paint looks real good?

The willow switch - is properly placed and deserved. This has been corrected.

Yes they are. Don't do that as much as I used to. I'm into my FCubs and Farmalls now

You have to be careful what is in the background of your pictures, my wife has me hunting cast iron cookware, I see a couple of pieces hanging on your shop wall.
Love that old stuff.
Hope your paint job turns out well, big job that I have never undertaken.

Hi all - I put the seat assembly together today and hung it up in the shop till the tractor catches up. Pretty happy with the way it came out. Yes - I know it's upside down. I promise to install it the proper way.

Or you could put the cub back together hanging upside down from the ceiling..........

I learned to weld in the 70's in High School and the on the farm with an arc welder. Now I'm learning with my wire feed Mig Welder. I'm pretty happy with the way this turned out.

Looks good Ken. I love to do steel fabrication/welding. There is so much one can do with a welder and metal cutting equipment, literally build/fix about anything.

Want to do mine? Rock shaft too.

Nice job I love welding. Loved it so much I actually finally went to our local Community College and took a welding class - about 30 hours of instruction/practice. Had a blast. Now I can fab things out of steel and not just wood

Wanted to share a bit of my results this weekend so far.

This is a new battery box, the hook, cable holder, light bracket and light are original from our 1948 as we received in ~1966. Glad to be able to restore these parts.
