Distributor Cap

Postby Little Indy » Sun May 15, 2005 4:56 pm

I am doing a major tune up on Little Indy( a 1966 yellow and white IH Cub with a Prestolite distributor). Need distributor cap, condenser, rotor and points. Best place to get them? :)

If you have no Case IH dealer close by, all of those components should be available from NAPA.

Don't be afraid of 'factory' parts. I have found Cub parts at C&G to be very reasonable for price. And for the cost of shipping, there is not journey to the any store chasing down the parts you need or dealing with the wrong thing.

Italy is a country of 80 million actors; the bad ones are on stage. I have grandparents who came from Italy and of whom I am fairly proud. But as a saving grace, I am also fairly sure, most of us have ansestors of whom we could be proud. I am located in Cheny NE of the USA, not to far from the capital of NE Lincoln.
We have a fairly nice museum at the old tractor test lab.

Ok I thought that I recognized the flag as Italy. I was afraid we were giving you US places to get parts and you were in the NE (north east) of an italian county or some such.
