Measurement Needed

Postby smallfarm » Thu Apr 18, 2013 6:02 pm

My cub has the front axle off and is backed against a trailer SO....I need the distance between the rear cultivator tool bars. I rooted around and found some flat stock to make the "U" shaped brackets to mount my Wigle hoe. I figure that the "scratchers" must be able to almost touch if their mounting bar is running straight back and if my math isn't to bad I can subtract (or is that square root??) the distances and wouldn't be off by more than a few yards

My tool bars are 24" inside to inside of the bends. If you want to clamp another bar onto the straight sections of the cult tool bars, the distance would be at 30". Hope that isn't too confusing.
