Craigslist Haul

Postby ricky racer » Tue Apr 30, 2013 8:34 pm

A couple of weeks ago an ad appeared on Craigslist for "Cub Implements". The Implements consisted of a 54 Grader & Leveling Blade and a Cub 22 Sickle Bar mower. I immediately called and went to take a look. He gave me his price and after some tire kicking, I offered him half of what he was asking. About a week and a half later, I responded to his ad again, via e-mail and told him that my offer still stood and assured him that it was, in my opinion, a fair offer. He didn't respond. Yesterday I get a call from him agreeing to accept my offer. I hopped on the BMW and rode over to give him some money to hold them.

This afternoon, I picked them up and brought them home. Now I have no idea what I'm going with them but they sure are in nice shape. They've always been barn kept, never outside and have all original paint. Check them out.

I had that ad flagged as a favorite, but was afraid to call, figuring I'd have to end up with them.
Glad to see I was right!!!

Those are in really good condition, even you sell them on it will make a cub owner Happy :{_}: I wish they were in this country, I would have no problem allowing you a profit on them, because condition is all
