how often should i change the hytran in the touch control system?

Usually the only time you need to change and flush the system is when the TC Fluid becomes contaminated - such as with water etc.,

In all seriousness the only time I needed to change the TC Fluid is when I went from Hy-Tran to Perma-Tran.

Yup, and it's a sealed system so that doesn't happen very often.
