Re: PTO clutch question
If your mower is a C3 mower, or Danco, the belts for the outer blades are tightened by moving the outer spindles. The bolts are in slotted holes to allow them to move. On a Woods 59 inch there is only one belt that runs everything and it is tightened by adjusting the idler pulley.
