 There was a guy on one of the tractor shows on RFDTV that put three Ford 8n's together. Some of these retired farmers sure have the time and bucks! I'm retired but I don't know if I have the time to be!
Always try the easiest thing first.

Get's the mind athinkin, how did they get the drive to each wheel powered by a different unit equal, would be good to hear how they overcame basic problems like that.
In Uk we had Doe tractors, in effect 2 Ford's joined together rad to rear with a swivel, both tractors doing their darndest to pull the backend off the rear tractor, very collectable, some record prices for a good doe.

Pat,

A more difficult thing would be ---how in the world would you drive it onto a trailer and manage two clutch pedals and have only one brake? For driving on flat terain I think it wouldn't be a problem with only one running.

Interesting to know whether the differentials are tied together by a dummy axle (best way) or the differentials are simply locked up.

I'd be a little concerned about the weak spots tying the two together... apparently just the square rod through the implement mounts and the reversed steering wheel supports welded together.

Maybe some one can get him to bring it to BD's or Chows. Then we can reverse engineer it.
