removing a stuck valve
We had a stuck valve on the cub we are restoring. We got the keepers out and tried to remove the valve, stuck like Excalibur. My son, being the epitome of a hammer mechanic, put the claws of the hammer under the valve head and pulled it out just like a nail. The replacement valve moves like a charm and seats like grandpa in a recliner. I did close my eyes when he put the hammer under the valve.
