That is bent, it should be straight up and down.

Yup. Bent allright.
But that's nothing. Our entire hood looked like a roller coaster
And had the obligatory holes where the hood support brackets rusted off.
You still have your brackets attached?

Nope mine are rused off too. One more thing to fix
