I don't know if they are reproducing a Cub muffler through Carter & Gruenewald yet, but I got a Super A muffler from them earlier this spring. You can get them in steel or stainless. The stainless is PRETTY!

Another option is to take a regular muffler and have it ceramic coated. I have an original IH muffler I am going to have done. It looks like stainless when it is done and should never rust out.

I am interested in seeing what the stainless will do when it gets real hot. I have heard some of the repro. stainless mufflers turn brown if they get really hot.

Hi Ken,
I'm with the like it brigade :{_}: And waiting to see the finished product as I have and continue to journey with you on your restoration. I'm sure your dad will be mighty proud to sit on and drive the cub when it is finished.
Bernard,
Donegal Cub.
