Can anyone tell me what this is? Appears to be a seeder of some type. Have you seen any like this before? It's up for auction locally and I bet it would good behind a Cub.
There are a Cub and parts too.

That would be a sweet addition to a cub powered combine! I've never seen one that small, be intrested to find out who made it.

Re: Seeder Identification Needed
That is an Ezee Flow fertilizer spreader. It was made for dry fertilizer and could also be used for large seed such as rye grass. I suppose it could spread dry lime too. The model is RW-55. It has a 5 foot working width and the wheels are mounted to the rear for orchard and yineyard use. This allows closer work to the plants but adds a bunch of tongue weight. There is a hitch on the back so you can pull a harrow or packer when using it to seed. There is a spring loaded lug at each wheel that can be rotated to engage/disengage the mechanism. The handle in front is used to cut it off when turning. There is a cam wheel that acts as a stop for the handle. You turn the cam wheel to adjust application rate. You may find an application settings table on the bottom side of the lid.
Ezee Flow belonged to Avco so they may have eventually been merged in with New Idea. The bottom layer of paint should be orange.
Edit to add: looks like a transplanter under that pile of stuff.

Re: Seeder Identification Needed
That is what I thought that was .. a transplanter .. 1st clue was the machine seat ... 2nd clue is the gauge wheels. Oh, some day .....

Re: Seeder Identification Needed - Revisited
I saw the item below in the posted auction photos and can't identify what it is well enough to tell if it's Cub related. Any thoughts?
Also found a photo of this mower deck shell which kind of looks like a possible Cub piece.
