Help needed putting my cub back together

I was given this White Cub to fix, repair, get working again for use a a scuffler in the garden. I have had this thing for 3 yrs and it's still not done.
Biggest problem is the motor is really rusted up inside, valves, ports in the block, manifold all rusted bad. It sat outside in the rain too long.
So I bought a good running parts tractor, Red, to make 1 good one from the 2, The parts tractor is what I going to use and what ever parts are better on the White one will go on the Red one.
Right now I can't figure out how to put the 2 rear cultivators on, I can mount them same as they were on the White one but how do they lift, I seem to be missing parts.
I took pictures when I first got the White one but they don't show the hook up for the rear lift. I've had this thing so long I can't remember whether there was any thing there or not.
Pictures show what I got.

My pictures are too big to upload.

If you go to the bottom of this page and click on TM tractor parts that will take you to there sight. In the left hand side down near the bottom you will find How to hook up Implements.(click) At the very bottom you will find "Cultivator" check the photo out there. Hope this helps?

Thanks for the link and help, looks like I'm missing the round bar with the bracket in the middle.
Where to get one?

Thanks to midmo and to tmays who helped through PMs

Doug, Welcome to the Forum. Rudi lives in Dieppe, NB and may be able to refer you to some suppliers up north so you don't have to import and go through that hassle. He will probably be in NY in October and may be able to bring back the part if it's delivered there (if you can wait).

How come the left tire is on backwards?

Both tires are N/G and loaded with calcium, but the rims are in much better shape than the other tractor.
Basically 1 has good tires , N/G rims,
the other has N/G rims, good tires.
Take all the best parts and put them on 1 tractor.

you need the bar for the rock shaft, I have many of them but you would have shipping cost, TSI will be at Cecils and should have what you need and Rudi can smuggle it up north :d

Okey dokey .. let's see now ....

Doug, ifn you can source one and get it to Cecil's, I can bring it back to NB with us. I will be going to Ottawa in a couple months I think .. if you can wait that long then we can possibly meet at the confluence of the 417 and the 401 .. around Cornwall or so. Or I can put it on the bus - much cheaper than Canada Post or any other method. Both Boss and Tim aka tst have ads in the (NEW) Classified Ads, work it out with them. Or and here is a novel idea .. you could have one made ... it isn't hard at all. Any competent welder should be able to follow this:

Thanks.

Another question what colour is the grill suppose to be on the Red tractors?

Doug:

Yes it is a solid bar. The hole is drilled into the flat stock, rod is slipped through and then welded in place. Pretty basic welding.

Depends on what year .. on the '47 to '54 are woven wire grilles and are red. White showed up some time in '56.

You are much closer in many ways to the US than I am. Buffalo isn't that far if I remember correctly - 2 hours thereabouts. Cecil's is another 5 hours on the I-90. That is at least 3 hours less than I travel to get to Cecil's. It is a doable weekend .. might you think on the possibilities? Be a good place to meet a lot of really good folks and of course ... all kinds of parts hanging around or could be.

Doug:

A CubFest .. CubFest Northeast to be exact. It is one heck of a weekend ..starts Friday evening and goes to Saturday evening or so. There are a lot of activities like carb workshops, splitting a Cub, etc. I think I am going to bring one of my engines and see what we can do with it. It is a real learning experience and it is 99% Cubs :D
