154 verses lowboy

Will the finals from a 154 fit on a lowboy cub? Are the bolt holes the same?
I know that the right axle will have to be changed. What about the left one?
What has to be changed in the transmission other than drive shaft?

154 finals will fit. I've used them. Only the drive shaft needs to be changed, on the tranny, I believe.
