Welcome to the forum from Arkansas. Here is a place you can find the manual, on Rudi's manuals, but it does not have a blue print. Someone on here may very well have all the dimensions.

The first thing I ever drove was my dad's Farmall Cub.
Here are pictures from TM tractors parts site:

I do not have a Cub-54 blade here that I could measure for you. I do have one of the earlier style blades and it is missing a couple pieces. I hesitate to take any measurements from it as the dimensions may not mix well with dimensions others may give you from a Cub-54 blade. Building a blade from scratch seems like a major task. I suggest you find an existing blade of about the right size, no matter what tractor model it was built for. Start with as much of that blade as you can use and design your own brackets to finish installation on a Cub. if you find a blade for a reasonable price, you will probably save both time and money compared to starting from scratch.

Edit: Added word "not".

I don't think i'm up to the task of drawing up blueprints, but i could take some good pictures of all the parts with a ruler if that would help, then if you need specific parts measured more carefully just ask. let me know if that sounds ok and i can do it tomorrow afternoon. cheers
