I checked there also but was leaving that for Jim Becker as he frequently references Snopes. I also noticed hot Dr Pepper as one of the FAQ's on the Dr Pepper website.

Back in the '70s, they ran an ad campaign based on "the most misunderstood soft drink" that at least in part took advantage of some of these rumors. They even had an ad that stated that Dr Pepper was a soft drink, not pepper sauce.

Bottom line, there may be some exceptions now, but back in the day soft drinks were made of sugar, flavorings and fizz. Nobody would have wasted money adding an actual fruit juice.

i had such a mass of frozen crap that i had my friend come over to move it for me. the machine he used, lol. absolutely awesome international 766, large blower in the back loader in the front. yeah that frozen snow bank didnt stand a chance against that full sized 80 hp international diesel tractor, lol
