1948 Farmall Cub

Postby Scout » Sun Feb 16, 2014 7:23 pm

Hello Farmall Cub Fans,

I've been waiting quite a while to create a post which states the following: I am the newest (and very proud owner) of a 1948 Farmall Cub!

A terrific story, from the year long search to finally finding "the one", to having the good fortune of purchasing our Cub from an honest, sincere individual who is passionate about tractors, especially the Farmall Cub. It is still cold and snowy here in the Northeast and I have not had time to really put her through her paces, but I soon will and when I do, I am certain I will have questions.

I am reading the owners manual (included in the sale) and I have been scouring the net, bookmarking sites such as this one, for sources of information and guidance.

That said, I look forward to chatting with this august community real soon!

God Bless America,

Scout

Hello Scout - and welcome! Lots of great information on this site, literally hours worth of reading on maintenance, repairs, implements, how to's, and the list goes on . A great bunch of folks on here as well that are more than willing to help out, should you need it. You'll have to post some pictures and tell us more about your Cub and maybe what you got with it. We love pictures!
