Truthfully, I did not look at the oil pressure. If you're wondering about the puddle of oil on the blade, the PO had grossly overfilled it with oil and it was coming out of the fill tube. I changed it tonight and seems good now. But I'll definitely check that when I'm playing with it tomorrow. Thanks for the info for sure, I finally have somewhere to start. Btw, do you know of any companies that make these parts reproduction?

Tmays, that bracket was has a trailer ball on the other end...was "custom fab" by the PO for moving trailers around the yard. Pretty decent idea I thought

You may want to watch your oil level. You may have a hydraulic pump seal gone and filling your crank case. That would look like over filling with oil.
