Could someone clear up the mystery of the red and white cub. I have heard that these are the rarest of all cubs in that IH only made about 300 or so in the 1964 model year? If so, what are the serial number ranges of these cubs?

They were made in the last run of 63 in 6 volt for sure and I believe the early 64 had a few in 12 volt?, Boss Hog has couple, here is a pic of a 63

Boss Hog is correct. The factory red & white cubs are all 1964s and all 12 volt. Mine still has the original paint and the headlights and air cleaner cap are also white. It appears that the one in the picture may have been a red one, with the hood repainted white.
