Hello all,
I am writting this so you all may beware of this Ebay seller, mrjents
I just got this item off ebay today, item 231244737926
I did not think the picture was the best so I took a chance on it . I opened it today and well it is just a fake , a bad one at that. The plastic cover is new not scratched. The rusty ring on the back is the only old looking piece on it. I popped it apart and the inside pieces are new you can tell the mirror is new. I know it is not a lot of money just rather aggravating.
Me and my sister like collecting just about anything cub, I like more paper goods and see like these trinkets. We were thinking of making some buttons like the originals, to wear at shows, but I was going to add to the edge of the picture the letters FAUX or COPY. so they could only be sold as copies.
Oh well just kind of venting. I looked as the seller other items and he has had 3 or 4 other pocket mirrors same size and condition just different subjects, as well as some buttons and they all look suspicious to me. I contacted the buyer to see what he will do. I told him I would rather throw it away than put it back into circulation but I would like my Money back. We will see.
Just thought I would caution you all.
