Been using it for a little while now. Hand lift and mag only. No battery. Glad I decided to go that way :-)

Me too, Thomas!! Hand lift, no hydraulics to worry about, and really no electrics, either. I do admit that I have a battery for starting and every several weeks I put it on a trickle charger overnight. My cutout doesn't work, and a short overnight charge every now and then is easier than removing the hood - which, of course, always leads to something else to do under there while it's open!! Al D
