My 1961 Cub loboy appears to have it's wiring harness largely unmolested. However, there are a couple peculiarities I need to figure out.
1. At the front of the harness near the distributor, there is a dark green wire with an eye on it. It is very long from this point (at least 3 feet). The other end of this wire was found under the hood support (near the ammeter). It has a male blade on this end. Neither side was hooked to anything. Any ideas what this might have done? The light green wire is accounted for--it runs from "L" (voltage regulator) to the ignition switch.
2. How can I tell if my generator is any good (on my own)?
3. My fuse is gone. There is a wire that is disconnected near it though. Can this fuse be bought?
Thanks much.

Re: One wire unaccounted for
The dark green wire is for the horn. If you don't have a horn, it should be taped and tucked back out of the way.
