Welcome to the forum!
There are parts manuals available at the top of the page when you get the chance to browse. (PDF Manuals or Rudi's Manuals) Here's a link to the parts manual group 14 suspension section from Rudi's Manuals. I think you are talking about #11 which is listed as ".25" x .88" square parallel" http://www.cleancomputes.com/Cub/Cub%20Parts%20Manuals/TC-37F%20Revision%206%20(08-79)/Group%20-%2014%20-%20Suspension/index.html
Found some notes I jotted down and I think
it's a #91 Woodruff Key which is 1/4" x 3/4". TM tractor is closed for vacation until Tuesday, their website is down until then, but they have descriptions, pictures and diagrams that will help identify the correct one.

some were straight keys, and some of those spindles were also a half moon type

Take your old key to an auto parts store, such as NAPA, Carquest, etc.

I needed a couple of curved half moon type.. Couldn't find them locally. Ground out a couple, from 1/4 inch thick lock washer. Suggested by a (pardon the expression) John Deere owner!

Took less than 10 minutes to make and install them. At the price of fuel, that made them a bargain! (I hate chasing parts, halfway across the state!)
