Ashland Hatchery Ashland KY <--1948-->
Miller Truck & Implement Company Ashland KY <--1958-->
Ashland Truck & Equipment Company Ashland KY <--1962-->
Troy E. Fairchild Buick-Cadillac, Inc. Ashland KY <--1964-1969-->
R. F. Steiner Company, Inc. Huntington WV <--1946
Lewis Wilson Farm Machinery Company Huntington WV <--1948-->
(Info from the Wisconsin Historical Society)

Some of them probably had demos, but I doubt many members here remember that.
It is common sense to take a method and try it. If it fails, admit it frankly and try another. But above all, try something.
