Rudi,

An alignment tool would be something you can easily make while standing on your head! Turn a piece of hardwood to the inside diameter of the spline in the disk, and then reduce the end to fit inside the pilot bushing. That's all there is to it. It is intended to hold the disk concentric with the flywheel while the pressure plate is bolted in place.

I use a dowel or broom stick or whatever is on hand that sorta fits. Center the clutch under the pressure plate with your fingers around the edge and use the stick to hold to clutch in place while tightening the pressure plate.
